Lead Installer for High End Stone Countertops (Escondido)

Monday - Friday 🏴We’re currently seeking an ⭐Experienced Countertop & Specialty Installer with proven skill in high-end Countertops. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented craftsman who takes pride in delivering precise, high-quality results. Employee would work on premium residential and custom projects, offering steady, local work with reputable builders and designers. RESPONSIBILITIES: Install stone, solid-surface, porcelain ,granite and engineered countertops with precision. Assemble and install high-end shower systems and full-height fireplace surrounds. Perform accurate field measurements, verify specs, and prepare job sites. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with clients, builders, and project managers. REQUIREMENTS: Direct countertop installation experience. Proven high-end countertop install experience. Ability to read plans and use layout/laser leveling tools. Physically able to lift 75+ lbs and work safely on active job sites. Must speak and write fluent English and you must have a clean appearance. Detailed oriented and take pride in producing a high quality product. Must have a clean and valid driver's license. Job Types: Full-time Have you been a lead installer for stone countertops before?
