You’ll be responsible for leading by example in the field and mentoring newer technicians, all while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service. 🔧 Requirements: 1+ year of professional window cleaning experience (residential and/or commercial) Comfortable working on ladders up to 32 feet Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Positive attitude and a no-whining, no-complaining mindset 🚙 Perks & Pay: $20–$23/hour for lead technician depending on experience A team environment built on respect, character, and excellence If you’re currently working for a company that doesn’t challenge you to grow or reflect your values, it may be time to make a move.
