Construction Supervisor – Residential Remodels (Hands-On Role) (alameda)

We’re looking for a hands-on Construction Supervisor to lead our residential remodeling projects on-site. This isn’t a desk job — we need someone who knows how to run a crew, manage trades, and make sure the job is built right the first time. Responsibilities: • Be present on the job site daily, directing and assisting crews • Coordinate subcontractors and trades to keep work moving smoothly • Check quality of work at every stage and enforce safety standards • Make sure materials, tools, and equipment are on site when needed • Complete and submit daily reports in BuilderTrend • Communicate with project managers and clients as needed • Step in and help with tasks when required — lead by example Requirements: • Strong background in residential remodels • Proficiency with BuilderTrend (daily logs and updates required) • Ability to manage both people and the flow of work in the field • Solid knowledge of construction methods, codes, and inspections • Must be reliable, organized, and ready to “strap on a tool belt” when necessary • Leadership style that earns respect from crews and subs Why Join Us? • Competitive pay based on skills and experience • Growth opportunities into project management or senior leadership • Work with a team that values craftsmanship, integrity, and accountability
