This is a great opportunity for a qualified framing company Qualified company must possess: * Ability to work with existing conditions * Ability to read Blue Prints * Reliable transportion * A solid track record of positive projects with references to back it up Job Description: * Reading and interpreting blueprints and building plans to determine materials needed and dimensions to build structure * Frame structures, walls and roofs using a variety of materials such as wood, steel, insulation materials etc... * Ensuring all work complies with building codes, safety regulations and project specifications * Follow all safety regulation and practices to prevent accidents and/or injuries on the job * Ability to work with other construction professionals while coordinating a variety of projects * Keep the project on time and within budget * Work with the Project Manager to make sure that all materials are ordered or scheduled well in advance of the necessity for them * Do whatever it takes to get the job done while ensuring the final product meets quality standards and completed within the agreed upon timeframe We offer year-round work for the right company.
