Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and dependable Property Preservation Specialists to join our field team. This role involves hands-on work at multiple property locations, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs. If you are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and skilled in general handyman or construction tasks, this is an excellent opportunity. Responsibilities: Conduct property inspections and document conditions with photos. Complete preservation tasks, including: Lawn care, trash/debris removal, and cleaning. Lock changes, boarding, and property securing. Winterization and minor repair work (roof tarps, patching leaks, etc.). Identify and report hazards (flooding, mold, structural issues). Maintain timelines and meet client quality standards. Communicate job updates through mobile apps or office team. Qualifications: Previous experience in property preservation, handyman services, or construction preferred (training available). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions. Smartphone/tablet with data plan for reporting and photo documentation. Strong work ethic, reliability, and independence.
