We are looking for a reliable and motivated trash collector or manager of operations to join our team and oversee daily trash collection operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily trash collection operations across assigned in the St. Petersburg area and Pinellas County area. Supervise and support team members to ensure tasks are completed safely and on time. Maintain company vehicles and equipment in clean, safe, and operational condition. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements. Communicate with the client and internal management regarding schedules, issues, and service updates. Train and mentor staff, promoting teamwork and accountability. Track routes and productivity for reporting purposes. Qualifications: Previous experience in janitorial operations or facility services is preferred. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage a team. Good communication skills (verbal and written). Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
