Key Responsibilities -Site Preparation and Cleanup: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, setting up materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. -Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas. -Assisting Skilled Trades: Support carpenters, masons, and other skilled workers by providing tools, materials, and basic assistance as directed. -Basic Construction Tasks: Perform tasks such as assisting with demolition or basic framing under supervision. -Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and report any safety concerns to the supervisor. -Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition. -Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to complete tasks efficiently and contribute to a positive work environment.
