Facility Management Company looking for Handymen - Plumber (Broward, Dade, Palm Beach) We are a Facility Management company seeking experienced handymen that are looking for full time employment. Start part time and soon go full time. You need basic plumbing experience. We currently service commercial stores in Ft Lauderdale, Miami, W. Palm Beach and other So Florida areas. Must be willing to drive to any of these areas when needed. Most of the work is relatively easy, jobs take about 3-6 hours and are at retail stores, though there are opportunities for larger jobs down the road. Type of jobs you will get: - Basic plumbing- flush valve replacement, faucet replacement, etc. - Basic electrical- changing light bulbs, etc. - Carpentry – drawers, cabinets, shelving, etc - Drywall- mostly patchwork to damaged drywall - Flooring- repair loose tiles, laminate flooring, etc. - Basic mechanical - general ability to solve problems that arise. - Painting- touch up, matching colors, sheen, etc. Prefer if you have your own truck and/or tools, but not necessary. We are seeking a dependable and motivated Lab Technician to support our laboratory operations in a critical support role. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Laboratory Waste Disposal: Safely collect, manage, and dispose of laboratory waste in accordance with company protocols and environmental regulations. • Consumables Management: Receive incoming lab supplies and consumables. Distribute materials to appropriate lab departments. Maintain organization and inventory of supply areas. • ‘Go-fer’ Duties: Assist staff with various errands and ad hoc tasks within the lab and facility. Provide general logistical support to ensure smooth daily operations. • Basic Lab Preparation: Assist with setup and preparation of laboratory materials, glassware, and equipment. Perform simple cleaning, labeling, and organizing tasks to support analytical testing staff. • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 12pm to 9pm. ________________________________________ Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Previous experience in a laboratory or warehouse setting is a plus but not required. • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be comfortable with physical tasks. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly. ________________________________________ Entry level salary range $18 - $26/hour.
