Carpenter – Siding Specialist

About the Position -We are seeking an experienced Carpenter with commercial siding experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has a proven background in architectural cladding and exterior envelope work, with a focus on precision, durability, and quality craftsmanship. -Our projects primarily involve phenolic resin panels, ACM, IMP, and metal siding systems on commercial buildings. Attention to detail, understanding of waterproofing principles, and a commitment to building long-lasting, watertight assemblies are essential. Responsibilities -Install, align, and finish high-performance siding systems, including phenolic resin, ACM, IMP, and metal panels -Ensure proper flashing, waterproofing, and envelope integrity on all installations -Perform layout, framing, and related carpentry tasks to support siding systems -Read and interpret shop drawings, plans, and specifications -Work collaboratively with project leads and crew members to maintain schedule and quality -Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite Qualifications -3+ years of carpentry or commercial siding experience required -Strong understanding of building envelope systems and waterproofing details -Ability to work accurately and efficiently with modern cladding materials -Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license -Team-oriented, safety-minded, and detail-focused Compensation -Pay is based on experience and skill, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
