Maintenance position for 70 unit, well maintained apartment community. Responsible for apartment turnovers and day to day maintenance issues. Must have experience with basic plumbing, light electrical and basic carpentry. Applicant must have reliable transportation, some tools, communication skills, responsibility and common sense. Wages commensurate with ability and experience.

Someone with welding, fabrication or body shop skills preferred but could also include someone with basic car skills and experience willing to learn. We service the Metro Detroit and Livonia area, providing new garage doors and openers from various manufacturers. A majority of the work we perform is residential but we do commercial work as well. On top of new installations, we also service existing doors. Our ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, timely, and will stand behind their work.
