In this role you will be a member of the on-the-ground care team to deliver outstanding care Work in a multidisciplinary team of orthopedic surgeons, physiatrists, sports medicine doctors, physical therapists, and behavioral health professionals to deliver pain management for patients with musculoskeletal issues Manage opiates and other controlled substances for patients enrolled in Motion's Pain Management Program Collaborate with clinical providers and ancillary staff to provide effective, evidence based care Collaborate with partner PCPs, Specialists, Surgeons, and Physical Therapists to provide exceptional, value-based care  Help to define and refine Motion’s Medication Management Model Partner with Motion’s Chief Medical Officer in defining structured care pathways and protocols for conservative MSK care.  Partner with Motions’s Head of Product to create a delightful and effective patient experience Partner with Motion’s Head of Clinical Operations to ensure efficient handling of patients across care settings Provide approximately 16-24 hours/week of clinical services under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer Requirements Have relevant education, licensure, and time in practice Are licensed to practice in the state of Florida Have practiced for at least 2 years with experience prescribing opioids for chronic, non-malignant pain Are philosophically aligned with our model of evidence-based musculoskeletal care Believe that more care is not always better care and the rush to surgery, imaging, and drugs ultimately hurts many patients Want to work in a collaborative care team environment with other physicians, advanced practice providers, physical therapists, and health coaches Are a flexible and collaborative colleague who is interested in helping to refine our care model Have had relevant work experience Practiced within a musculoskeletal, pain management, or other multidisciplinary practice  Collaborated with other care providers to develop care programs Implemented new clinical technology at the point of care Created clinical care guidelines Provided care via telehealth solutions Have start up experience Travel regionally as required Travel Assigned County (Tampa) for the purpose of patient care in clinic settings Have a valid Florida license Have valid vehicle insurance coverage  Have reliable transportation

Schedule: • Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM • Travel: 70% office-based; travel to patient homes (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Queens) for wound care consults as needed • Caseload: 15-20 consults per day Responsibilities: 1. Assess and treat complex wounds, ostomies, pressure injuries, burns, and diabetic foot wounds. 2. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized, evidence-based care plans. 3. Requirements Qualifications: • License/Certifications: • Active New York State Registered Nurse License • Wound Care Nurse Certification or Wound Ostomy Care Nurse Certification • BCLS Certification • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required) • Experience: • Minimum 2 years in a Certified Home Health Agency or post-acute care setting • 2 years of medical/surgical experience • 2 years of public/community health experience • Familiarity with performance improvement initiatives and relevant software applications Skills and Technical Requirements: • Knowledge of EPIC H2O, Microsoft Office Suite, and PI applications • Experience with wound care equipment, including Varisource/HDR and CT Simulator • Strong verbal, written, organizational, and analytical skills Requirements: • Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted) • COVID-19 vaccine not required Benefits Compensation: • Pay Rate: $91/hour
