Experience collaborating with other developers using git repositories, including creating and managing feature branches, pull requests, code merge, and GitHib actions or equivalent. Preferred skills: Experience with Contact Center development and telephony infrastructure. Experience with prompt engineering for modern large language models. Experience using modern AI-based agentic coding assistants for code development, test development, and documentation. Track record of building successful serverless architectures following AWS Well Architected principles. Position Summary We’re seeking a hands-on Junior Salesforce Developer or CRM Support Engineer to join our team and support the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of our Salesforce platform. This is an onsite role based in Henderson, NV. You’ll work closely with senior developers and cross-functional stakeholders to support the day-to-day needs of our CRM users, assist with system configuration, write Apex triggers and Java code where needed, and help integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems. What You’ll Do Assist with basic Salesforce development tasks including custom objects, fields, Flows, and validation rules.
