PacifiCap Property Management has an immediate opening and is seeking a customer service minded individual to be our Assistant Property Manager. This person will have in depth Project Based Section 8 experience, as well as Section 42 Tax Credit, leasing, and property management. This position will ‘assist’ the Site Manager in managing our apartment community complex in Albuquerque, NM. The responsibilities will include managing our retail and online store, handling all customer service calls, emails, as well as handling our weekend markets orders.
