Smoothie Maker / Barista – Morning Shifts We’re looking for a reliable, energetic team member to join our juice & coffee bar. This is a morning position (7am- 1 or 2pm)—working on a small 2-3 person team during shifts that go from chill to busy real quick, so speed, focus, and consistency are key. Responsibilities: • Make smoothies, coffee, and other menu items following exact recipes • Ensure every drink is consistent in quality and presentation • Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Assist with basic food prep (washing, chopping, portioning, etc.) • Maintain a clean and organized workspace Requirements: • Reliable for early mornings (reliability is a must) • Able to follow recipes and directions closely • Fast and efficient while staying detail-oriented • Comfortable working on a small team • Food prep experience is a plus (even home cooking counts!) Schedule: Morning shifts, part-time with potential for more hours Compensation: Hourly pay starts at $12/hour + tips (around $4-$6/hour). Hourly will increase over time with experience and proven reliability. Busy season tips get closer to $8/hour.
