This is paired with a world-class wine program featuring benchmark producers and rare, cellar-worthy gems.    We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Butcher to join our team as we prepare for this exciting reopening. This critical back-of-house role requires expertise in both meat and fish fabrication, a sharp eye for quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy, fine-dining setting.
