3 Sheeps Brewing is looking for a packaging team member to help in the daily operation in canning and kegging all of the beer that goes through the facility. The candidate should have the drive to work in a fast-paced brewery environment and the desire to be an ambassador for the growing 3 Sheeps brand. What to Expect: Running all equipment on kegging and canning lines Start-up and shut-down of utilities and equipment Assistance in preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of all equipment Start-up and shut-down processes Addressing all product quality issues immediately and stopping line if issues cannot be corrected in the immediate Helping to maintain accurate and detailed daily run logs What We’re Looking for: Entry level job – no brewing experience necessary Squatting, kneeling, crouching, stooping, twisting; continuous walking & standing; climbing flights of stairs & ladders repeatedly. Requires frequent unassisted lifting of a variety of objects from various positions, which can range in weight from 50 to 100 pounds. Moving goods w/ the assistance of a pallet jack or possibly forklift. Extended time in a loud industrial environment. Properly wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) and follow all safety and company policies.
