BUGATCHI (Iconic Men’s Luxury Apparel) is seeking an energetic, flexible Customer Service Coordinator in its South Florida Corporate Office & Design Center to represent us with style! This pivotal role includes, but is not limited to, the following Key Responsibilities: • Provide our valued e-commerce customers & wholesale partners with exemplary service (Priority #1!) • Complete accurate order/shipping/data entry in Shopify, ShipStation & NuORDER, etc. platforms • Respond promptly and cheerfully to all customer calls, voicemails, and emails • Assist with Showroom Appointments and various requests, while ensuring timely fulfillment thereof • Skillfully perform miscellaneous administrative duties and responsibilities, as necessary Position Requirements: • Minimum of 1-2 years customer service and/or administrative experience • Consistently proactive, pleasant & professional demeanor (polished applicants only please) • Excellent communication skills (phone/email/in-person) with an aptitude for building strong client relationships • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - 50+ WPM • Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as alongside a team • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment (calm under pressure) • Willingness to learn other tasks, support accordingly, and achieve growth potential • Full-time Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (On-site) • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Please email your resume w/photo and phone number for initial consideration.
