I currently have 2 bedrooms available in my 4 bedroom, 2 story house. Top floor, where rooms are available, has its own entrance. Plenty of parking. Right now, there is no other tenants. I live on the bottom floor, which is completely separate. I only need to go upstairs to do laundry once a week and cook about every other day. I'm a 35 year old straight male, business owner. I keep to myself and am usually in my room working or out working. I'm really only looking for tenants who are: - Straight males - Have jobs - Professional or respectful I am on 2 acres, and you are welcome to have your own garden, or area outside to do whatever you want really. Renting one bedroom for $1,000 / month plus utilities. OR Two bedrooms for $1,800 / month plus utilities. $100 extra a month if furnished. $50 extra a month for additional vehicles 3, 6 or 9 month leases. One month warning before moving out. NO ANIMALS. I have a one year German Shepherd, kitty and chickens, but they are fenced off, will never be upstairs or in your area. Dog is good at not barking, besides when predators come around.
