$1,833 / 425ft2 - 3 week sublet in renovated UWS studio (November 2nd- Nov 24th) (Upper West Side)

I'm renting my renovated, furnished UWS studio starting November 2nd- Nov 24th. I usually charge $2500 a month ($83.34 a day) (including utilities) so for these 22 nights that comes to $1833.48 My apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 17 floor co-op building. The building has 4 elevators, 24-hour doormen, newly renovated lobby, a renovated laundry room in the basement, a newly renovated rooftop, and an enclosed rooftop solarium. The studio includes a queen size memory foam Murphy bed, a leather pull out couch, a two door closet, newly installed windows and door, a wall-mounted flat screen TV (HD, 3D), wi-fi, a piano, a PS3, large soaking tub and shower, a dish washer, full size fridge, oven, and microwave. I'm looking for an excellent communicator who is clean, will take excellent care of my home and furniture, is extremely courteous to neighbors and doormen, and who is willing to collect my mail.
