$600 / 4br - Looking to sublease! (Allendale)

I am looking to sublease my room in my apartment in Allendale ASAP! In total, there are 4 private bedrooms. There are 3 wonderful, kind, and clean girls with a medium sized outgoing puppy (new roommate is not responsible for any care or expenses for the dog). Bedroom includes a full bed, large closet, drawers, and a desk + chair. Living room includes 3 couches with a well sized tv mounted on the wall. There are two full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. There is also a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a drier + washer. We are looking for a roommate with similar hobbies/habits, in a similar age group (18-26), and female only. You do NOT need to be a student at GRCC or GVSU! If transportation is a problem, there are bus stops within a 5 minute walking distance as well. The water bill is flat, so it never surpasses $20 per month. Utilities are split evenly amongst roommates. I am willing to pay for the security deposit, and maybe a small portion of the rent. If interested, I can explain additional amenities!
