Available for rent November 15 through December 31 (while an owner is away): A private bedroom(non-conforming) in a 1 b/r, 1 bath condo across from SCH. Note: this room was converted from the living room into a bedroom, with barn frosted glass doors and portable wardrobe unit. It's fully furnished with a futon, a dresser, two arm chairs and two night stands. Minimum stay is 30 nights. One guest maximum. Nightly rate is $50. All utilities and WiFi are included in rent. Parking is free on the street (no designated parking spot). Kitchen, bathroom, dining area and laundry will be shared with another resident/owner, who occupies a master bedroom.
