I have a lovely office on the 9th floor at 870 market st. right by the Powell station (bart/muni stop) and cable car turnaround in Union Square. The historic Flood building is gorgeous and has 24/7 security. It is available for sublet on Thursdays, and Fridays immediately (and Saturdays and Sundays for a discounted rate if interested.) Very fast internet- 300 upload/download speed. There is a kitchen/lounge 2 floors down. fast elevators. sit/stand desk and mini fridge in the office, hepa filter, brita filter/ electric kettle/ tea/ mugs. Has high ceilings, is 10.7 feet wide and 16.25 feet long. There is a paid parking structure right across the street on Ellis, and many public transportation options for both you and clients. Restrooms are cleaned multiple times a day. $200 a month for all Thursdays of the month, and $200 for all Fridays of the month. $400 a month for all Thursdays and Fridays of each month. Month to month is ok, longer term is preferred, I need a month's notice before vacating.
