ISO IN Need of ADJUSTABLE twin bed frame (Hazel Dale)

I am looking for a twin adjustable bed frame as I am not supposed to lay flat due to Cardiac Pulmonary Hypertension, COPD. and Sleep Apnea. Plus have had several go rounds of phemonia with last one put me on a ventilator for 7 days. Item would have to be delivered as I am not allowed due to epilepsy.
