We have immediate openings at our Stockton, Tracy, And Manteca location. We are an upscale STAR Test only station providing California smog inspections for over 10 years. If you are a licensed smog technician this is your chance to work in one of the nicest automotive smog shops in the Central Valley ! We are currently in search of: • A licensed smog technician with either a test only license, or a test and repair license. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, greeting customers, inspecting vehicles, attending to the phone, customer checkout, keeping the office and shop area clean & tidy. What You'll Do Below is a snapshot of what this role is all about. While there is more to it, this is the core focus. Maintenance and Repairs Perform daily maintenance tasks and diagnose/repair issues in various areas. Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Property and Amenity Maintenance Maintain pool, hot tub, and other amenities. Ensure safety and cleanliness of buildings and grounds. Maintain exterior property for curb appeal. Preventative Maintenance and Inspections Schedule and document preventative maintenance and apartment turns. Conduct regular inspections of common areas and equipment. Supervision and Coordination Supervise duties and outside contractors in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor. Coordinate move-ins and move-outs. Safety and Compliance Assist with safety meetings and compliance with policies and regulations. Report potential liabilities and ensure property compliance. Inventory and Supplies Management Maintain inventory and assist in purchasing materials and supplies.
