Role Overview The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role bridges the gap between clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and field crews—managing schedules, budgets, site operations, and communication. Qualifications -7+ years of residential construction project management experience (high-end preferred), with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. -Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, codes, sequencing, and Bay Area Building practices. -Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and complex scopes of work. -Skilled in reading and executing complex architectural plans. -Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. -Proficiency with project management software (Buildertrend or similar). -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. -OSHA certification preferred. -Must currently reside in Bay Area. Regularly moving up to 50lbs of recycled carpet or pad Monitors the staging and location of products using a hand scanner. Reports accidents or other safety situations to management. May be required to perform other related duties as requested including, but not limited to, assisting with other warehouse duties, office cleaning, product support within Vendor locations, etc. Essential Functions: Must be able to operate a forklift.
