Green Way, LLC (landscaping company) has been a trusted local landscaping company serving Iowa City, Coralville, and the surrounding communities since 2008. We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team for the upcoming winter season. Snow removal services will be performed within the Iowa City, Coralville, North Liberty, and Tiffin areas. Opportunities may also extend into landscaping work from spring through fall. COMPENSATION: • $30–$40 per account (property), depending on experience. • Standard residential accounts are compensated at $30 each, with an average snow cleaning completion time of 20–30 minutes per account, depending on snowfall conditions. STRONGLY REQUIRED: • Valid Driver's License • Valid authorization to work in the United States. • Prior snow removal and plowing experience • Ability to work on an on-call basis depending on weather conditions, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays, each time when snowfall occurs. • No conflicts of interest with other jobs or school schedules. • Consistent, punctual, and reliable attendance.
