This role involves working under the direction of store managers and occasionally your on-site supervisor to complete assigned cleaning tasks thoroughly, professionally, and efficiently. Our clients have requested a heightened level of service due to increased rodent activity, so all candidates must be comfortable working in environments that may require the cleanup of rodent droppings and other sanitation-related tasks. Primary Responsibilities: - Vacuuming carpets, floors, and under shelving units - Sweeping and dusting racks, displays, and hard-to-reach areas - Mopping floors and entryways - Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, etc.) - Emptying trash and recycling bins - Spot-cleaning signage, baseboards, or spills - Sanitizing areas with rodent droppings, including shelves and storage rooms - Following store-specific protocols as instructed by store management or your supervisor Work Environment: This job takes place in active retail spaces where store employees and customers are present, so professionalism and discretion are essential at all times. You will often be working in tight or high-traffic areas and must be respectful of the space and people around you.
