Lingo is Japanese American restaurant in a prime Greenpoint location right next to Transmitter Park. We’re looking to add to our team a passionate individual willing to provide our customers with an amazing guest experience to complement our innovative New American cuisine with Japanese influence. ***Please ATTACH your resume and brief reason why you could be a good fit for us!*** HOST-- We are looking for the right individual to be autonomous and be able to pick up multiple tasks and projects at once. Our culture is fast-paced but supportive, so you must be able to work in synergy with your peers and the different departments around you. Ideal candidates possesses: -Warmth and graciousness; the ability to function highly in a busy environment. -Resy experience is a plus. -Great communication skills. -Ability to manage a large and busy section in a restaurant. -Create stellar guest experiences. -Must be available for brunch and dinner shifts on weekends.

Ensures all batches made are clean and free of defects. Daily kitchen prep Track all product once it is brought into the kitchen using the tracking system up until it leaves the kitchen Meet daily production quotas They must adhere to local and state laws and regulations related to marijuana production and keep up to date on changes to those laws and regulations. Clean tools and workspace daily Keep machines and tools in good working order.
