SHIFTS AVAILABLE Day shift 7am-3:30pm M-F Night Shift - 4pm-12:30am M-F TRAINING We invest in our team and train them to be leaders within the industry No experience necessary but prior packaging and cooking experience is preferred Experience in food service is preferred (not required) Servsafe certification is preferred (not required) RESPONSIBILITIES Infuses all types of products with cannabis oil/distillate using formulas acquired after reading the test results from the cannabis oil. Ensures all batches made are clean and free of defects. Daily kitchen prep Track all product once it is brought into the kitchen using the tracking system up until it leaves the kitchen Meet daily production quotas They must adhere to local and state laws and regulations related to marijuana production and keep up to date on changes to those laws and regulations. Clean tools and workspace daily Keep machines and tools in good working order. Maintain sanitation to Department of Health standards; keep work areas clean and organized. Monitor inventory and restock bar inventory as needed; inform Management of any product or supply needs. Update knowledge and skills continually by participating in staff training opportunities.   Qualifications Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 lbs. Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficient in order management and timing. Familiar with industry best practices. Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to perform and thrive in fast-paced environment. The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
