Job Overview We’re looking for a highly organized, flexible, and proactive Office & Project Coordinator to keep our small business running smoothly. This role is a mix of office management and project support—you’ll handle daily operations, keep schedules on track, support the CEO, and help coordinate drafting and construction projects from start to finish. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and loves bringing order to chaos, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Do - Keep our office running smoothly—answer phones, greet clients, and provide great customer service - Support the CEO with scheduling, prioritizing, and project tracking - Manage staff calendars, coordinate meetings, and monitor multiple email inboxes - Draft and update contracts, proposals, and reports - Submit plans and documents to the city - Maintain and update Google Docs, spreadsheets, and other project trackers - Assist with presentations and client deliverables - Supervise, train, and support our small office team Jump in where needed—every day is different!
