Our construction team plays a critical role in keeping our properties safe, functional, and attractive for tenants and buyers. Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and all-around Handyman / Renovation Technician to join our construction team. This role is ideal for someone who can handle a wide variety of repair and renovation tasks and takes pride in quality work. Projects will range from light renovations and unit turns to general repairs across our single-family portfolio. Responsibilities Perform general repairs and maintenance on residential properties (carpentry, drywall, painting, light plumbing, light electrical, flooring, etc.) Assist with renovation projects including demolition, prep work, and finish work Complete work orders for occupied and vacant units in a timely manner Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide practical repair solutions Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members on project updates Ensure all work meets company quality standards Qualifications Proven handyman or construction experience (residential experience preferred) Skills in basic carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, and electrical Ability to problem-solve and work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation and basic tool set required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Professional, dependable, and safety-minded Compensation & Benefits Pay: $20–$30 per hour, based on experience and skill set Flexible scheduling available Opportunity to grow with an established, expanding real estate company

Pick up any trash that is detected during those walks thru and report any building repairs needed. • You are required to give a courtesy response to All emails within 24 hours of receipt. Even if you don’t know or have the answer of what’s being requested just follow up making us aware that you have received the communication and are working on it.
