Overview Russo Bakery is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented bun/bread packager to join our team. The Packager will play a crucial role in ensuring our bread is inspected, packaged, and prepared for distribution to our customers. This position requires attention to detail, basic math skills, strong communication and the ability to be on your feet throughout the duration of the shift. Applicants should be able to push & pull our bread racks while also bending and lifting our bread trays/crates continuously throughout the shift. Duties Assemble and package bread and buns in accordance with daily orders. Work on an assembly line of 2-6 in stations throughout the day Ensure all product and packaging is of quality. Perform basic math to work through daily order list Requirements Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift product as needed. We manufacture vacuum tables out of aluminum, and stainless steel. We have lots of customers who need Solid works design concepts. We manufacture different styles, sizes and shapes. The work load is on and off but averages maybe 20 hours a week and can be done off site after you understand the concepts. First we need some minimal design concepts to show the customers and if they order we need detail drawings. We have the system down and have been manufacturing these for over 35 years.
