Key Responsibilities - Cold call potential customers from a provided directory to sell products or solicit donations. - Respond to incoming calls from prospective customers. - Use scripts to convey product features, pricing, and benefits. - Ask questions to identify customer needs. - Persuade customers by demonstrating how our products meet their requirements. - Accurately record customer information in our system. - Address complaints to maintain the company’s reputation. - Exceed sales quotas and facilitate future sales. - Maintain records of calls and sales, noting useful information. Qualifications - Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role. - Track record of meeting sales quotas over the phone. - Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proficient in English. - Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle complaints. - Persistent and results-oriented. - Patient and resilient in the face of rejection. - Experience in the swimming pool industry. - High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
