BE CAUTIOUS WHEN PURCHASING USED CAR FROM THIS MAN (Gladstone)

This individual goes by many different names and he has dozens of used cars for sale by owner on CL. He is floating titles and he will aways claim to be selling the vehicle for someone in his family. He also makes claims to family in Lake Oswego and family member is a Neurosurgeon. He creates maintenance records and he creates documents re: engine replacements and engine rebuilds but after vehicle inspection its confirmed the documents are fake. It's my belief he buys used cars for cheap, creates a story for the vehicle while making fraudulent documents, then resells vehicle for twice as much as he paid. From the research I've done he is targeting women and elderly people. He may or may not meet you near Gladstone, specifically we met him at New Life church 6125 Caldwell ave. Please be cautious and do not pay him cash. Also ask for ID so you can really know who you are buying from. Contact me if you have already been scammed by him.
