Looking for a part-time maintenance person to upkeep various residential & commercial properties in Waipahu and Waianae area. Hours: • Under 20 hours per week (flexible schedule between 8 am to 5 pm) • Generally weekdays Pay: • $17 per hour • No benefits Job Duties Include: • General indoor & outdoor sweeping & cleaning (includes commercial bathroom cleaning) • Minor handyman work as needed Requirements: • Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable transportation • Basic tools a plus, but not required • Able to work independently and follow directions • Must be physically fit and capable of lifting 50 lbs Send us a resume or an email telling us your work history/experience.
