In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all residential units and common areas are painted to the highest standards, creating a welcoming and fresh environment for our residents. Painter must haves: Proven experience in painting (interior and exterior), preferably in multi-family or residential settings.  Proficiency in: Rolling, brushing, and spraying techniques. Surface preparation (sanding, patching, priming). Using ladders and other painting tools safely. High standard for clean lines, smooth finishes, and professional-quality work. Ensures proper protection of flooring, furniture, fixtures, and surrounding surfaces. Efficient and organized with a strong work ethic—able to work independently with minimal supervision. Possesses reliable transportation Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs Live within 20 miles of the property for on-call rotation requirements. Seeking experienced mover with driving experience to join our team. We are looking for people that can provide exceptional service to our clients and be professional at all times. We are seeking moving helpers as well. Pay: Experienced driver/crew leader $25/hr. plus tips Moving helpers $19/hr. plus tips Daily pay. Requirements: Working reliable cell phone, great attitude and reliable transportation. Driver must have valid drivers license in good standing.

**Compensation:** $27.50/hour + Performance-Based Bonuses We are a leading Chimney and Fireplace company serving Nashville and the surrounding areas. **Position Overview:** No prior chimney experience is required, but candidates must have a background in construction. This is a full-time position. **Ideal Candidates Will:** - Be comfortable working at heights. - Have the ability to carry ladders and interact professionally with customers. - Be handy and knowledgeable in construction practices. - Be quick learners and dependable. - Be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM, with some days extending until around 6 PM. - Hold a valid driver’s license. **Additional Information:** - There may be opportunities for Saturday work. - Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from work in Nashville/Brentwood area. **Compensation Details:** The pay rate is $27.50/hour, with the potential for weekly performance-based bonuses.
