We are looking for Part-Time Night Trash Collectors to join us! Pay is up to $20/hr with your own pick up truck and up to $17/hr if you do not have your own vehicle. Hourly from $20 an hour for labor also lead man for jobs $22 to $24 an hour. First month or two daily pay then move to payroll and weekly pay. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation must be willing to work in Denver and Pueblo if needed thought most of the jobs are in COS. Drive time to jobs outside of Colorado Springs pay half the hourly pay 30 miles and over. Must be efficient in loading and packing and not damaging the household goods. Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met consistently. Coordinate and manage the annual audit process with external auditors. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements and tax filings. Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Manage company cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed. Oversee banking relationships and manage credit facilities. Implement effective working capital management strategies for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is highly preferred. Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in a finance management role or similar senior finance position. Thorough knowledge of corporate financial law, accounting principles, and risk management practices. In-depth experience with financial planning, modeling, and analysis. Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrated ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
