An owner of an 18-unit apartment property in central Phoenix is looking for a reliable, focused, and skilled maintenance technician to work on the maintenance upkeep of the property. The work will be fulfilling tenant work order requests, exterior ground maintenance, and some painting of interior walls, with vacancy maintenance turn-overs.
