Compensation will start at $65,000/year for those who are qualified. Responsibilities and Requirements: • Interior and exterior modeling. • Cabinet re-facing, door hanging including both interior and exterior doors, installing door jambs, countertop installation. • Minor floor repair including baseboards. • Kitchen and bath remodeling. • Outside fascia repair. • Must have a van or truck and own tools. We are seeking skilled and reliable independent contractors to undertake maintenance and repair tasks for apartments across the Continental United States. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for various maintenance and repair duties to ensure the upkeep and functionality of residential properties. Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks such as:Plumbing - Changing faucets, fixing leaks, minor plumbing repairs - Electrical - Replacing outlets, securing loose wires, minor electrical repairs - Drywall Repair - Painting - Carpentry - Installing cabinets, fixing windows and doors, other minor carpentry work and repairs - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory. - Other maintenance and repair tasks as assigned.
