Most of our team has been with company for 5+ years. To be considered for this job you MUST have the following: ✅ Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record ✅ Able to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors year-round. What You’ll Do: - Lots of trenching, digging with shovels, machines - Painting - Loading/unloading tools and pipe/materials - Operating equipment (mini-ex/skid steer a plus) - Work hard, stay safe, support your crew What We’re Looking For: - 1+ year construction, outdoor labor or plumbing experience preferred - Able to lift 75 lbs & work outdoors year-round - Dependable, motivated, team player who takes direction well - Someone interested in long term employment with room to grow - Ability to travel for occasional out-of-town jobs Perks: - Get paid weekly - Paid drive time & paid lunch breaks - Health, dental, vision options - PTO + holiday pay - Tools, uniforms, vehicles, and lodging (when needed) provided Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7AM–3PM (40 hrs/week) Starting Pay: $20–$23/hr (based on experience) 📧 Reply to Craigslist posting to set up a quick phone call.
