A nationally recognized professional services firm is seeking a Director of Administration/Operations to serve as the right hand to the CEO. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, blending excellent writing and editing skills with strong scheduling and operational management. Key responsibilities include serving as final editor for client-facing documents, communicating directly with senior executives, managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings across time zones, and overseeing logistics for both virtual and in-person events. The ideal candidate is a polished communicator, highly organized, and comfortable balancing big-picture priorities with detailed execution. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 5–7 years of relevant experience in administration, operations, or project coordination (professional services or nonprofit preferred), exceptional writing/editing skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with MS Office, Google Docs, Zoom, and related tools.
