Mission: To provide our guests an escape from their day, making it better than when they arrived Duties, Responsibilities & Expectations: - Opening and closing checklists. - Ensure all prep is completed in a timely manner - Follow food recipes, to ensure consistent, quality food - Ensure Inventory Sheets are filled out according to direction - Prepares and executes menu dishes while following specific recipe guidelines - Understands and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures. - Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, walls grills, oven, induction range and refrigeration equipment. - Washes dishes when there isn't a dishwasher on shift.
