Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property value, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and managing financial and administrative tasks related to property management. Key Responsibilities: Tenant Relations: Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve complaints promptly. Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations. Conduct move-in/move-out inspections. Property Maintenance: Schedule and oversee repairs, maintenance, and renovations. Ensure properties comply with safety and health regulations. Coordinate with contractors and service providers. Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets for each property. Collect rent and manage accounts receivable/payable. Monitor and report on financial performance. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of property activities. Prepare reports for owners and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Marketing & Leasing: Advertise vacancies and show properties to prospective tenants. Screen applicants and conduct background checks. Negotiate lease terms and conditions. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of property management principles and relevant laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium). Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Preferred Skills: Conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Financial acumen and budgeting experience. Familiarity with local housing laws and regulations. Customer service orientation. This position is 28 hours per week, starting at $22-$23 per hour.
