Hi there! :) My roommate and I are looking for someone to rent a cozy room with us in the Surfside 1 Condos in Port Hueneme. You’d be sharing a bathroom with just one other person. The living room is fully furnished, full kitchen privileges, and we’ve got a cute little outdoor patio with plants. The condo is in a gated community just across the street from Port Hueneme Beach. Awesome if you love the ocean or surfing! We have two jacuzzies and two pools on the property. Full gate access to the beach and access to the community club house. We're just minutes from Silver Strand and Oxnard Shores, and only about 20 minutes from Ventura or Camarillo. CSUCI is also super close, just down Hueneme Rd! We do have a very sweet and friendly puggle, so being okay with dogs is a must. :) Utilities aren't included, but we only cover electricity (depends on usage) and Wi-Fi. Security deposit is $633.
