I have an oversized room, say 22 x 23, large enough for a Cal King, full-sized Desk, Living room, with entertainment center, sofa, bookshelf, dresser...etc. It's incredible!!! It's located in a 5 bedroom house with easy access to 680, 280, and 237. 4 min drive to Safeway, 24hr fitness, IHOP. Located in a very quiet neighborhood with beautiful parks and hikes nearby. This can be a furnished or non-furnish set up. The rent is $1,350 with shared utilities. The first $200 of utilities is paid by the landlord and the difference is split equally among the tenants. There is Cable, own Netflix account, fast internet (wifi), PG&E. The room is for single occupancy only, NO couples, please. The deposit is $1475. Which would be sufficent to cover the last months rent and utilities. We also hire monthly someone to help do a deep clean on the house, as well as everyone having rotating duties to keep the place clean and organized. There is plenty of storage space and refrigerator space for everyone. Shared bathroom. The room will be available on August 1st, 2025 Short or long term lease is available Small dogs would be okay. This is a family environment with other professionals living among peers. We ALL have access to the entire house, family room, living room, dining room, laundry, and KITCHEN, and garage.
