Come work for an industry leader serving Cincinnati for over 20 years. We are seeking skilled Interior Trim Carpenter professionals to join our team. The Interior Trim Carpenter role involves performing various tasks related to all aspects of interior trim for high-end custom residential builders and homeowners. Responsibilities: - Interior trim installation includes, but not limited to: - Door and window casing including head details and jamb extensions - Cased openings - Hinged door units, pocket doors, bi-pass and bi-fold doors - Cabinet hardware - Various sizes of crown moulding - Kitchen cabinets for straight or basic layouts - Vanities and tops for straight or basic layouts - Custom made built-ins (i.e. mantle, mudrooms, study, bars, study, columns etc) - Handrail systems, wall rails - Chairrail - Accent and access panels - Wainscoting Requirements: - Candidate must have at least (1) year qualified as an Interior Trim Carpenter preferably in residential sector - Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and can be insured by C&W - Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship - Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately - Proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently - Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members- Benefits include but not limited to: - Paid vacation after (1) year - Paid holidays - Retirement plan - Year round employment - Health and dental insurance options Contact Steven at 513-265-0406.
