Brief introduction, I'm Zach. I'm the primary tenant and assist my grandfather in maintaining and renting his house. I'm 32 and going to grad school to become a licensed psychologist. The other tenants include a mid 50s male who plays and coaches tennis professionally, a phamacist in 30s, and a warehouse manager in 30s. - Utilities NOT included. Utilities and all household expenses are split among tenants. This includes electricity, gas, water, sewage, internet, and any other shared expense. - Washer/Drier included, be responsible about use. Overuse is not permitted, about 2 times a week at most. - Wifi and direct connection available in room.
