Later Years is a private care home that provides care to 6 elderly residents. We are looking to hire someone for 2 - 24 hour shifts. This position is an overnight position that allows sleep time. Must be able to work alone and help residents with toileting, showers, dressing and assist with medications and cook meals. Must have experience in caregiving. HCA, CNA. Qualifications: • Have at least 1 year of previous experience in property management • Are team player, able to multi-task, and handle uncomfortable conversations • Strong organizational and communication skills • Are punctual with a great attendance record • Experience with computers, internet and Microsoft office software. Yardi and On-Site experience is a plus • May be required to fill in at sister properties.
