Manage contractor activities, review schedules and submittals, and respond to RFIs/RFCs. Review contractor substitutions for compliance with specifications and client requirements. Negotiate change orders, review potential schedule impacts, and ensure fair pricing. Oversee payment processes for contractors, architects, and engineers. Administer provisions of professional service agreements between architects and the client. Coordinate delivery of fixtures, furniture, and equipment. Manage project close-out, including certification and financial close-out. Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations (OSHA 30 minimum preferred). Other related duties as assigned.
