Experience: 1-3 years in construction, or successful completion of an internship/co-op in the industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access). Familiarity with scheduling software is a plus. Competencies: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
