SALES POSITION FOR PAINTING COMPANY!! (Marion County)

SALESPERSON NEEDED IMMEDIATELY! We are a residential and commercial painting company looking for a "dynamic, positive, and energetic salesperson"! You must have at least 3 years experience in construction sales and a big bonus is having painting sales experience!! You must be alcohol and drug free with a reliable and presentable car! You must hold a valid "Florida Driver's license"! Must have a clean & professional look! Job will start off as part time requiring 15-20 hours per week with full time in approximately 3-6 months requiring 30-40 hours per week. This is a 1099 position with a standard 10% commission structure with quarterly and yearly bonuses if certain thresholds are met. There will be gas allowance to and from all 'estimates' paid out on a weekly basis. Your leads will come from multiple sources: 1. Company paid lead services like Angi, Yelp, and Homeadvisor 2. Company paid Google & Meta ads 3. Google search leads (organic) 4. BBB leads 5. HD and Lowes Pro Leads 6. Cold Calling 7. Door knocking 8. Active construction site visits 9. Networking 10. Canvassing Almost all estimates are in Marion and Alachua counties and are within a 40-50 mile range of the 34470 zip code! Sales leads must be followed up immediately and scheduled within a 2 to 3 day time frame! Most estimates are scheduled in the evenings after 5 pm and on weekends, and occasionally during the day M-F! In person interviews for this position are required and you must be able to verify your sales experience and have solid references. This is a 'no drama' company and we need a 'no drama' sales person! Short daily phone calls will be made to owner on a daily basis to give sales updates and to get answers to any questions that you might have. We have a dynamite CRM platform in place that the company pays for where you can organize your leads both cold and warm, schedule estimates, create and send proposals, and do all your funneling and drips!
